Charges

Although we are a charity, we must recover the cost of operating our nursing home from the charges we make to our residents and day attendees. As a charity, we are not allowed make a private profi t. Any surplus that exists at the end of a year is used directly for the benefi t of our residents and the development of our services.

State Financial Assistance

The State, through the Health Service Executive, may provide fi nancial assistance to people whose care and welfare needs require nursing home care and whose means and circumstances are insuffi cient to afford such care. Application for assistance under the Nursing Home Assistance Scheme – the ‘Fair Deal’ – should be made to the HSE. We will assist with this application on request.
