Applications

Access to nursing home places is on a highest needs basis as assessed by the Director of Nursing and approved by the Chief Executive. In order to be considered for a place in any of our nursing homes you must fi rst complete one of our application forms, available from any of our nursing homes or by phoning 01 496 9944, and return it to us. This form includes a section that must be completed by your GP. We can only process fully completed forms but will assist you in its completion.

Admissions Policy

The centre is responsive to the needs of the local community. Before any person is admitted they will be required to provide evidence of having been assessed by a medical consultant, specialising in the medicine of old age, acceptable to the company.
